We’re hiring an Associate Director of Creative Services to lead creative strategy for our paid media clients and turn creative into a measurable performance lever.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who blends creative judgment, performance thinking, and AI-powered execution. You will own creative strategy for a high-impact book of business while managing and developing a lean creative team.

What You’ll do:
Own Creative Strategy That Drives Performance
Lead creative strategy for paid media clients
Own book of creative business
Partner with the sales team and senior leadership to contribute to sales pitch research and presentations for creative offerings
Translate performance data into clear creative direction that improves conversion rates
Partner closely with the Senior Director of Paid Media to align creative testing with platform learning, identify performance-driven expansion opportunities, and support account growth
Increase Speed, Quality, and Consistency
Build and run AI-assisted creative systems for ideation, variant generation, testing, and QA
Increase creative iteration speed without sacrificing quality or adding headcount
Set and enforce a high bar for accuracy, clarity, and execution
Lead Clients With Confidence
Act as the creative owner in client conversations
Clearly explain creative decisions, testing plans, and performance outcomes
Build trust through professionalism, preparation, and follow-through
Lead Creative Execution & Standards
Set clear quality bars for creative work before it ships
Provide feedback and direction to creatives as needed
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance alignment across all creative output
What We’re Looking For
Within your first 6–9 months, you will:
Be accountable to retention and growth of the creative department
Significantly improve creative iteration speed and reduce execution errors
Restore and strengthen client confidence across all managed accounts
Establish repeatable, AI-forward creative workflows that scale

Requirements
Proven experience leading creative strategy for paid media or performance marketing
Experience partnering closely with Paid Media or Growth teams
Demonstrated success improving conversion rates through creative testing and iteration
Experience managing and developing creative talent
Strong client-facing communication and executive presence
Hands-on experience using AI to increase speed, quality, or insight in creative workflows
Nice to Have
Agency experience working with multiple clients
Experience building creative systems or SOPs
