Full Stack Engineer (Product Builder)
The Role
ClickFlow is hiring a Full Stack Engineer (Product Builder) to own revenue-impacting product systems from idea to production.
This is not a ticket executor role.
This is a revenue-impact product builder mandate.
ClickFlow is at an inflection point where product must directly drive growth. We need someone who thinks like a product owner - someone who has built and shipped products independently, brought them to market, and iterated based on real user feedback.
This role exists to:
Increase Free Trial → Paid conversion
Drive product-led expansion revenue
Accelerate engineering velocity through AI-native workflows
Build measurable ARR growth systems
You will operate like a founder-level builder inside a startup, with full ownership across frontend, backend, and production environments.
If you are looking for detailed specs and assigned tickets, this is not the role.
If you want to own revenue levers and ship at elite velocity, read on.
About ClickFlow and Single Grain
ClickFlow is an AI-powered SEO and content optimization platform built to help marketing teams drive measurable organic growth - faster and more systematically. ClickFlow helps teams identify content opportunities, optimize pages, and increase organic traffic through systematic testing and workflow automation.
ClickFlow was born inside Single Grain, the award-winning digital marketing agency behind growth for brands like Amazon, Uber, and Salesforce. For over 15 years, Single Grain has operated at the forefront of SEO, paid media, CRO, and content strategy - not just advising on best practices, but executing them at scale.
We practice what we preach: our podcast has 150+ million downloads, and more than 193,000 marketers subscribe to our YouTube channel.
We move quickly, push hard, and expect a lot from ourselves and each other. AI isn’t just a tool we use, it’s core to how we operate, from creative to strategy to execution. Our long-term vision is to build a small but elite team that stays lean, scrappy, and relentlessly focused on tech-enabled innovation and measurable business impact.
We don’t micromanage. We don’t hire people who need their hands held. But we do collaborate deeply, give honest feedback, and leave space for mistakes, growth, and iteration. No egos, no fluff, just people who care about doing great work and supporting each other.
What You’ll Do
Build and ship production code from Day 1
Own features end-to-end: idea → code → production → iteration
Improve Free Trial → Paid conversion through product experimentation
Build in-product upsell and expansion triggers
Design and run activation experiments
Instrument analytics and event tracking to measure user behavior
Improve funnel performance, activation rates, and LTV
Maintain product reliability and performance while shipping fast
Implement AI-native engineering workflows to multiply velocity
Make product tradeoff decisions independently
Non-Negotiable Requirements
Put “AI is cool” as the first line of your cover letter or subject line, or your application will not be reviewed.
Has built and shipped a product independently
Comfortable owning full-stack development (frontend + backend)
Strong production environment experience
Demonstrated AI-native engineering workflows
Comfortable making product tradeoff decisions
Thinks in funnels, activation, retention, and LTV
AI experience is mandatory.
You must demonstrate real depth in using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar - not just prompting for snippets, but accelerating architecture, debugging, experimentation, and shipping velocity.
If you use AI casually but do not rely on it as a force multiplier, this role is not a fit.
Ideal Profile
You are:
A product builder, not a feature implementer
Comfortable operating with high autonomy
Biased toward shipping
Analytical about growth and conversion
Founder-minded in ownership and decision-making
Comfortable in early-stage startup environments
Experienced in PLG (Product-Led Growth) systems
Familiar with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
What This Role Is NOT
Not a junior engineer scaling up
Not a pure backend specialist
Not someone who waits for detailed product specs
Not someone who “just builds tickets”
We want a product builder who thinks independently and prioritizes impact.
Interview Process
We will evaluate candidates on:
What they’ve personally built and shipped
Evidence of product thinking
AI usage depth (must go beyond surface-level use)
Ability to prioritize revenue-impact work
Ownership mentality
Finalists will complete a working session designing a 90-day plan to improve product conversion.
