Build AI-first organic growth systems with clients

We are hiring a Forward Deployed Marketer for SEO, AEO, and GEO who can diagnose a client’s growth problem and build the operating system that solves it. Include “AI-first SEO is cool” in the subject line. Otherwise, your application will be disqualified.

You will combine senior organic-search judgment with hands-on AI system building. You need to work directly with clients, turn ambiguity into a measurable plan, and ship workflows that improve visibility, citations, qualified traffic, pipeline, or revenue.

Your mission

Build and operate AI-first organic growth systems that improve a client’s approved business KPI, not only rankings or content volume.

Primary KPI: produce a measurable improvement in qualified organic or answer-engine visibility, pipeline, or revenue while shortening the time from insight to action.

What you will own

• Diagnose the client’s market, search demand, answer-engine visibility, technical constraints, content system, and conversion path.

• Set the organic strategy, KPI, baseline, measurement plan, and prioritized roadmap.

• Build agents and workflows for research, briefs, content operations, internal linking, technical checks, refreshes, reporting, and opportunity discovery.

• Work directly with client leaders and operators to unblock implementation.

• Coordinate writers, developers, analysts, and strategists with clear acceptance criteria.

• Measure visibility, citations, qualified traffic, conversions, pipeline, and revenue where attribution permits.

• Document the system so it can be used, audited, and improved.

What success looks like

In 30 days, you have completed a client diagnosis, set the baseline, and prioritized the first high-leverage system.

By 60 days, the first workflows are live, adopted, and producing measurable operating or visibility gains.

By 90 days, the client has a repeatable SEO, AEO, and GEO learning loop with clear ownership and business readback.

Evidence we need to see

• At least six years of relevant SEO or organic-growth experience.

• Two recent SEO, AEO, or GEO examples with your exact client-facing and execution ownership.

• One AI agent or workflow you personally shipped and maintained.

• One quantified business result with a credible attribution explanation.

• Strong technical SEO, analytics, client communication, and prioritization judgment.

This role is not

• A content-volume role with no business readback.

• A role for generic AI output or unverified claims.

• A strategy-only seat that hands implementation to someone else.

• A traditional account-manager role with no systems ownership.

Work model and compensation

This is a fully remote, full-time role. The compensation range is $100,000–$150,000. Current benefits listed for the role will be preserved.
